Approved Artists - Acceptance Area

Hello, this is Sickboy, not Martyn c:
I have taken over the approved artists group for accepting artist applications!
All artists are encouraged to post their work here whenever they feel confident enough.
Your work will be assessed on quality, composition, coloring, highlighting, shading, lining,
subject, and if applicable, background. You WILL be required to show me the art you've made.

You may watermark your art, but please display it similar to how I displayed it here:

Please include at least ONE piece of art in your post.
After you have included at least one piece, you may paste your portfolio if you have one;
it can be on DeviantArt, Tumblr, a Facebook page, or a personal webpage.
Just keep in mind it must be read only to the public.
This means I should be able to view it without having an account to whatever you use.
It should be on public view if it's Photobucket. Providing a pass is OK.
After posting, please make sure your links are working properly as well.

Both Graphic Designers and Drawing artists are welcome to join.
You may also join if you are artsy in other ways, just be sure to show examples of your skill.
Your art will not be judged on your particular style compared to others, so don't worry!
It must be practical to pet sites if you're selling ~other~ work.

Once you have posted your examples, go to http://www.virtualpetlist.com/profil...editusergroups and join 'Artist' group.
In the message, please paste the link to the example post you made here. This will make my life 10x easier and get your applications done faster.

Please remember you must join the 'Artist' group at http://www.virtualpetlist.com/profil...editusergroups in order for me to accept you!

Once you have been accepted, be on the look out for a notification where you can accept the change. Your badge should then appear. If it doesn't, please contact me.

There are a few questions I may ask you before accepting your app. The questions may be: Will you be selling your art at VPL? If yes, what art will you be selling in VPL's marketplace? (layouts, pets, items, etc.) How long have you been selling art? Why do you want this badge? Are you open to criticism? Please note you do not have to fill this out (I am just giving artists a heads up!) If I ask you these questions it does not mean your application will be denied. It is simply to help you and I out. <3 Don't freak, just be honest and you'll do fine
