HELP!!! I need someone who understands Belgium!

I found a site that has a user selling something I'm wanting to buy, he's on the PlaystationCollecting site but hasn't been online there for months but he's active on some Belgium site.

And I really want to contact him about this collectors thing he's selling but the website is all in Belgium and even with a translator I can't translate the security question, so I can't get on the site to contact this person.

So I need someone who can understand Belgium like read it or whatnot, I don't know what the language is I think its Deutsch? But I'm not sure.

If there's anyone that can help me get an account on the site just so I can contact this person, I will pay you for it, please send me a PM as soon as you can or if you know someone who can help me?
