I decided earlier that I was going to re-play Spyro the Dragon from beginning to end, no breaks, no saves. And time myself on how long it took me to do it.
So:
Game Start 11:40pm - Artisan Home
Peace Keepers at 12:06am
Magic Crafters at 12:38am
Beast Makers at 1:16am
Dream Weavers at 1:56am
Gnasty's World at 2:40am
Gnasty Gnorc at 2:55am
Gnasty Gnorc defeated at 2:59am
Ruling was that can't skip the dragons, or any other animations. Had to get everything on all levels before moving onto the next level/world.
So then I have a few stats behind it that I scrawled down as I went:
1st Death at Alpine Ridge, Magic Crafters - Timed the flight wrong and crashed into a barrier.
2nd Death at Tree Tops, Beast Makers - Lost supercharge speed at the end of a ramp.
3rd Death at Twilight Harbour, Gnasty's World - Gunned down by an armed frog guard.
12:51am reached 50% game complete.
Longest time spent on a level: Crystal Flight, Magic Crafters. Took me the 3rd attempt, I kept doing the sequence wrong.
Wild Flight, Beast Makers. 2nd attempt - missed a boat.
Icy Flight, Dream Weavers. 2nd attempt - missed a load of chests.
And then unfortunately after defeating Gnasty Gnorc, instead of the game running the ending animation. It froze
But to be fair, the game is from 1998 and during gameplay a lot of music on the level crackles, sk-sk-skips and cuts out.
So the final level of Gnasty's Loot I haven't done because of that, but luckily I have it saved on a card so I can just do that level through a save and time it later. But it wouldn't take much more than like 20mins tops.
So that's my wonderful evening, sat and played that.

(I took a break between them though). It wasn't actually intentional though |: I didn't realize I could save PS1 games on my PS3, and played through them in this manner so that other people in the apartment wouldn't turn it off and lose my progress.
