  1. Hi, I've been lurking VPL without an account for a while now. The mascot in the corner kept obscuring the test so I caved and joined.

I assure you that I had a more eleborate introduction typed out. However it kept saying I couldn't post since there were links in the post, which there weren't. I hope I have fun here at VPL!

Edit: Perhaps it will let me elaborate now that it's already posted.

I've been a member of the petsite community for many years now. Some of the sites I enjoy the most include NeuroGalaxy, Aywas, Khimeros, Felisfire, and Exhibited. I got by one of these usernames always: kitsunez, kitsutsune, or starkitten.

  2. Welcome to the community! :) Ya, we had have our settings like that because we had a problem with spammers coming in and spamming links. Don't worry though, it goes away after 10 posts.

    How are you though?
  3. Hi there!
    Welcome to VPL :)
  4. I see! Hopefully the first ten posts may be made quickly so I can fully eleborate without worry of extensive shortening! Hehe

I'm doing very well! Easter is always such a happy holiday full of chocolate and jelly beans and lots of site events.

Thank you both for the warm welcomes by the way!
  5. @kitsunezkitsunez

  6. That's a though question to answer! The quality of the artwork plays a huge part in it with me usually, and they all have gorgeous artwork in their own styles.

Aywas has a lot of pet art and is really fun to play with the exploring features and everything, but the huge userbase usually scares me away from making any friends on a website.

Khimeros is unique in it's hybrid breeding method and semi-realistic art style, but it feels like they don't go through with most of the stuff they say they're going to go through with, like how they were going to start intergrating true hybrids into the breeding system.

Exhibited is fun and also has nice artwork, and it updates a lot, but since everything is time based there is only so much you can do with it in one day. I like

Felisfire for the unique theme and gorgeous art and breeding system, but they seem to have trouble with keeping artists and that upsets me a little, especially when I get attached to that artist's style.

I have to say that NeuroGalaxy takes the top place in my books though. Their art style is cute, unique and recognisable, and very consistent. They have reliable servers, a small-ish community, unique features such as roaming, and an engaging plot. It might also have something to do with me being a user on it for so much longer than the other sites listed, but whatever.
  7. Wow :) The only ones I have played from those was Aywas, and Felis.
I never got into Felis. and I played aywas for about a year.
  8. I try out as many games as possible in case I end up liking them, but I have short periods of inactivaty on my main sites due to boredom.
  9. Same here, Sadly. Which stinks.
  10. You're welcome and that's so true. What site(s) do you think had the best Easter events this year?
  11. Felisfire has easter eggs that you can gather, and they give you rare items! The other sites have some nice events, but the FF event drags my interest away from them mostly.
