How to do Children's Book Illustrations??

    I have some sketches done, but I have no idea how those illustrations work D:

    Do we use Photoshop CS or Adobe Illustrator for it?? O.O

    Does anyone has any tutorials for it? D: I can't seem to find any...

    I'm not really sure why you think you have to go the digital route. I've seen plenty of children's books with traditional artwork. (Watercolor being the most prominent from what I've seen.)
