General Information
TamaTown: Rewritten preserves 6 different official Tamagotchi games. These are: Tamagotchi Connection v5, Tamagotchi Friends, Tamagotcha Enjoy Life!, and Tamagotchi Connection CD/DVD games.
You will need the Ruffle browser extension to play these. Ruffle is the modern-day replacement for Adobe Flash Player.
Tamagotchi Connection V5 is a detailed map of "The Tama & Earth Expo". It is vaguely inspired by World's Fairs. The map has a variety of mini games, some of which provide passwords for your in person Tamagotchi to receive special items.
Tamagotchi Friends is a point-and-click game that feels reminiscent of modern mobile games for kids. Registration is no longer possible, so you cannot save your progress. Clicking "start a new game" lets you skip the login.
Tamagotcha Enjoy Life! is mostly an ad for TamaTown and the Keitai Kaitsuu! Tamagotchi Plus. Some parts of the site require you to own that particular Tamagotchi.
Tamagotchi Connection leads you to a few CD/DVD game archives. Clicking on a disc will initiate a download of an ISO file, which is a copy of a disc's software. These are a few gigabytes each, so depending on your internet, they may take a while to download. At the top, there are a few more flash games with some parts that are broken and some that work just fine.
