When it comes to installing apps, or using an online service, many people are always skeptical as to if the app or the service would work to our satisfaction.

However, some people just skeptically install an app or subscribe for an online service, to try and see if the app can service would work for them.

Is there an app or online service that you just wanted to try and you have ended up paying or subscribing for them?

Before I install any app or check for online service, I will make sure I read the reviews about it. I don't think there have been such app or online service that I've ever paid up the subscription.

There are many apps out there that you need to subscribe to before making use of their services. I have installed such apps but when I was told to subscribe, I will not do that rather delete the app. I've not skeptically pay for any service before.

Lol, that’s me with Spotify. I first downloaded it just to test, thinking I’d delete after the free trial. Next thing, I’m vibing every day and paying monthly like it’s a tax.😂 Same thing almost happened with Canva Pro. I used to think it’s overhyped till I needed to design something quick. Before I knew it, I’d subscribed again. Some of these apps can really catch you off guide.

Nope, I don't pay for apps. I don't have that kind of money to toss at something that will end.

I remember when I first tried Canva. I just wanted to design one small flyer, nothing serious. Next thing, I saw all these nice templates locked behind “Pro.” I said, let me just do the free trial. Before I knew it, I was paying every month. Honestly, I didn’t even regret it because that app made my work easier, especially for social media stuff.

ChatGPT is that app that completely turned me to a believer. I heard about how amazing the service was in generating ideas. I tried the free version and I was blown away by how good it was. I promptly paid and upgraded to Pro.

I also pay for Spotify along with two other apps, lol. I won't pay for Youtube premium though. I like Spotify better.

I don't think there is any app that I would pay for unless it is one that I would seriously need in my line of work and there are justification for making that kind of payment.

There is also one music player that I downloaded on android. It is called Poweramp. I just saw it on Playstore and the description that caught me was that it had a ten band equaliser. I downloaded the app and used it to play music. The production was so good that I had to pay $12 for it.

I started with Spotify free version before paying for the premium service. I was using Audiomac first before I decide to go over for Spotify.
