Are You An Artist?

Well, I do not like to call myself an artist but I have a deep interest in art, especially painting. After high school, I wanted to join an art school but I was turned down because they though I was too poor with my skills. However, I kept practicing. Without proper training I failed to acquire skills but then I started exploring digital art. These days, I use AI to create art.

I like to write stuff, I couldn't draw to save my life. Though I would love to draw, make easy money that way.

I can’t draw, but I do like to write. The only thing that I can draw is stick figures, if that counts for anything.🤣

I am not an artist but I have some knowledge while in school about arts and I did some of the drawings and paintings by myself which I also got recommended by my teacher.

I didn't go ahead with the path because it wasn't my calling.

I have zero drawing skills, but I'm an okay graphics artist. I can make decent graphics/banners in Photoshop.

Another thing I do is write articles aside photography. So my art is form with words.

That’s pretty neat! Two of my baby sisters are into video making and photography. They’re into making videos on Tiktok and Facebook. What type of pictures do you like to capture?

Singing is a nice skill to have. Have you ever released any music before or not really?

If being an artist is restricted to just drawing, then I am not one. However, if the context covers all forms of arts like music and acting, I would consider myself an artist since I compose songs.

That is a lot of fun. Photography and video editing go hand in hand and I find that most of the people get engage in both these days. For me, I like to capture nature like sunsets, birds or any kind of random street shots because there's something very calming about these small shots, especially the unnoticed moments.

I am not very good with drawing. I tried when I was pretty young and when it wasn't going well, I had to quit. I still admire artworks, but I have realised that I don't have the talents to create them.

I used to not like capturing picture, but now that I'm outside a lot, I tend to take pictures all the time. Especially of the trees, ducks, and animals that I come across on a daily basis.

It's quite lovely capturing those beautiful moment.


If the deer weren't so fast that I saw the other day, I would of snapped some pictures of them as well. They were so beautiful.

I am a graphic designer, so i guess in a way, it's safe to say i am also an artist.

I don't know the meaning of artist in this context. But as a fashion designer that crafts designs and pieces them together, I won't be too far off if I call myself an artist.
