Canter Cove was recently announced by its developer on a Reddit thread, and its official Steam page is now available. ^.^
In the meantime if you'd like to more closely follow progress, a few options are currently available. However, we will be following their progress quite closely and will post progress reports as they're released. <3

Game description:
Canter Cove is a cute and casual horse ranching sim. The player starts on a barren but promising plot of land and over time will build upon their ranch as well as the neighboring village. Set off into various wilderness areas to discover and capture wild horses, then bring them back home to care for and build their trust. Stallions and mares can be bred to produce offspring with new coat colors, patterns, and even personalities which combined influence a horse's worth. Sell valuable horses to visiting NPCs or keep favored horses in spacious pastures. Changing seasons and random events will influence the choices a player makes for their ranch and horses, making each playthrough feel just a little different than the last!
