There's no doubt about Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi being two of the biggest legends we have in football today who are still playing.

This is a tough one for me as I know both players and I know my two eldest sons often have debates about this as my eldest is a Manchester United fan and Cristiano Ronaldo used to play for them so he is a huge fan of Ronaldo but my other eldest son, he is not a fan of Manchester United and therefore his favourite is Messi.

My youngest son is not too bothered.

From what I know of both players, I myself would have to go for Messi as I feel he is a little less self-centred and full of himself compared to Ronaldo.

Personally, I appreciate both of them too because they are great players. Although, I must be very honest since Messi went to play in USA for Inter Miami, he completely changed. Even his attitude when playing is now not so good.

I noticed that too. From my observation, I am thinking that he's not very happy to be there or there's more that worries him. Messi is a lively fellow, I couldn't know what happened to him.

I think it's because he's not too athletic and as a result of that, age is catching up with him and it's bound to affect how he plays and behaves.

I like Ronaldo and Messi a lot, however, I would prefer to choose Messi, his achievements and his dedication to the game are truly impressive.

As a Manchester United fan, I am under obligation to love Cristiano Ronaldo more. Messi is an excellent player that I adore but my affinity to Manchester United makes me to prefer Ronaldo.
