Did you launch a beta phase before opening your pet site?

Did your pet site have any beta users before you fully opened to the public? How many beta users did you have to test your site?

How long was your pet site in beta?

Generally a lot of pet sites launch in beta mode prior to opening up to the public.

However, in the past we did see some pet sites open up without alpha or beta testing, but this wasn’t a good way to open up their games. Beta and alpha testing is crucial as you can iron out all the bugs and glitches prior to opening up the public.

If I made my own site, I would do some sort of soft launch and get some user feedback to improve the grand opening day.
