If you want to build stable income online, you should get started with digital products. One of the biggest advantages of creating and selling digital products is scalability. You invest once developing the product (either money, or time and effort) and then sell it repeatedly at no additional production cost. Unlike physical products that require investment in manufacturing or acquiring, digital products do not have any such thing. Digital goods offer long-term ROI with minimal ongoing expense. Have you tried creating and selling digital product?

I fully concur that digital products can create a source of revenue. Because it's possible to sell and distribute them online, it means that their potential is huge especially for passive income.

I haven't tried selling digital products and it's not something that I wish to explore, but I do have some relatives that sell things on Ebay & Amazon. They create their own products and sell them.

However, these are actual physical products that they've designed and made themselves.

I do see a lot of users on social media selling "Courses", which i believe is an aspect of digital products, but most of these courses are just stripped down versions of articles that are already available on the internet for free.

No need to argue this because digital products are definitely a scalable source of income online and this is so due to the rise of online platforms and marketplaces that makes it a lot easier to create and distribute digital products.

I have tried selling both physical and digital products online. And it is physical products that always give me more profit per transaction. I think that the tangible nature of physical products make it to have a higher perceived value to customers.

Based on my understanding, I believe that physical products are more valuable to people but digital products are better when it comes to scalability. In digital products, one little effort can serve countless numbers of people without incurring extra cost.
