Finishing a difficult level or solving a complex puzzle can be deeply satisfying. What kinds of in-game achievements give you the strongest sense of accomplishment, and why?

Anyone who's played most of the soul games would agree with me that beating the tough bosses in games like Dark Souls games, bloodbourne, and others are quite satisfying.

There is this joy that I feel whenever that I find a way to defeat any boss in those games.

Winning a game, or leveling up in a game will always make me feel accomplished. Sometimes having good time playing games also make me accomplished. Winning isn't always associated with accomplishment, experience also matters.

Yep, some leave me really sad in beating it. Usually RPGs will do this to me.

overcoming a challenge that takes patience rather than luck makes a game satisfactory for me. Beating a difficult boss, solving a tricky puzzle, or finally mastering a game mechanic feels rewarding because I know I improved through practice.
