Do you bother about PC battery power?

When buying a new PC, what are the things that you look out for? Is battery life a key factor or can you consider a PC that got amazing features and not a great battery life?
 
Battery life is very important. I still have the interest of getting a better features on my PC but firstly, I always go for the ones that have a good strong battery.
 
I am very keen about my PC battery. Battery life plays an important role when buying new ones because my major plan is to use it on the go.
 
I already live in a terrain where power supply is epileptic. I can't afford to buy a laptop whose full charge would not take me up to 8 hours. If I do, it would be very stressful for me to use the laptop optimally.
 
A lot of people I know plug their PC when they are being used. They even do it with their smartphone too. Do people really bother about battery power that much?
 
I mostly go for desktops, so never worry about that. Even if I did, most laptops support 1-2 hours of battery life at most.

I generally keep my PC plugged in, however, I unplug it a few times a day. I also use my smartphone while plugged in as well.

I don't like having a low battery though. My phone battery dies too quick. But, my laptop's battery can last up to A few hours. I haven't fully ran it that long without it being plugged out though.

What type of phone do you use? I am just concerned about the battery life mainly when you go out with you or do you have a power bank that you make use of when you step out?

I have an iPhone 13. I bring my charger with me everytime I step out.. My battery is showing its age, as it needs a full on replacement for wear and tear.

It's maximum capacity is currently at 76% and it was at 83% 6 months ago, lol. Once it breaks, I'll replace it. 🤣

I have Apple care( with warranty) and insurance through my phone company, so I'll be able to get it replaced within 24-48 hours, so it's not too much of a concern.

There is constant electricity in my place. So, I don't bother a lot about battery life here as well. It is just the normal thing for me to charge the device once the battery drops a bit.

What's great is that the device came with a warranty! How long have you been using it and why don't you want to change it yet?

If you're worried about battery life, always take a battery bank with you, only reassurance you'll get.

That's for sure. It certainly saves one a lot of stress with having to worry about the devices dying.

It's a common thing with most iPhones if you're doing so much with them everyday, the battery never last long enough. I'm not sure how strong iPhone 17 Pro Max battery is compared to others?
 
Right now, I don't have to worry about my PC power because my laptop is faulty which I've given it to the tech guys to look at it. I bought a new tablet which I now combine with my smartphone.

Just curious to know, can the new tablet be able to do all the work that you used to do with your computer or is there one that makes you miss not having your computer available with you?

I think all phones are the same these days, you'll get 6-8 depending on the settings.

The last PC I bought was a desktop computer. It works on direct current. However, when I am looking to buy a laptop, I make sure I get at least 8 hours of back up.
 
Battery life is important but not as much as the processors and graphic card
