For most people, they have a time frame when they eat dinner. Once it's past that time, they are likely going skip dinner. It's like myself, I don't eat at night once it's past 8:00 pm.

As for my lunch, I can eat it at anytime from 1pm to 4pm.

Do you have a fixed time to have your lunch?

It depends on my day. There are occasions where I feel like eating between lunch and dinner and there are others where it could be between an early breakfast and lunch. My point is, I try to go by how my body feels, rather than following any schedule.

Not really. That's not healthy but I really don't have any set schedule for my meals.

My mum used to make me follow a particular schedule but as I am living near my job location, at the moment ...it's up to me... So >>

I think it is only dinner that requires a fixed time to eat. That's because burning of fats slows down when one is asleep. As for lunch, it can be eaten anytime in the afternoon or early evening because there is much activity during that time to burn the fats.

What's your go to lunch meal? Personally, I always mix it up. I may eat rice and chicken for lunch or I'll eat it for dinner.
Sometimes, I'll even opt for a grilled sandwich.

If you eat lunch towards evening, you may end up struggling with the time frame of when to take dinner. So, planning on taking lunch before a particular time is also a good thing to do.

When I'm at work I try to take my lunch around 9:30 am, I work from 4 am to 12:30 pm btw. Whereas when I'm at home the times tend to vary but it's usually either sometime around noon or around 1/1:30.

When I read about the schedule of Elon Musk, it appears that he does not really have a schedule for lunch. This is me too! I eat whenever I can but not as busy as him though.
