It's usually hard for me to sleep at night. I got too much energy.
Does anyone else have a hard time falling asleep?

Most of the time, I sleep like a baby. There is nothing like having a hard time going to sleep. I focus more on enjoying my sleep and not worrying about anything at all.

It happened to be but I've found out that establishing a bedtime really helps. I try to wind down with a relaxing activity, like reading or meditation, before bed.

You made the right decision. Establishing the time that you would sleep is very important. One of the good sides of doing so is that you are going to have a pattern of sleeping that works really fine for you.

I typically sleep really well and fall asleep quickly.

Back in my bad health days, I never slept well and would go days without sleeping.

I didn't sleep well the night before last. It was the first time in years. My grandmother died that night, and I was really close to her. I guess my mind was racing. Being 40, I've lived a while and matured enough to get myself over it, grieve, and continue living for her.

Last night was one of the best night sleeps I've had. I want to say she helped make that happen. Spiritually.

I do cause I drink a pot of coffee and am typically hopped on pre-workout as I go to the gym at night.

I'll be physically drained from the gym, but still jittery.

Putting my phone on blue light mode seems to help me get to sleep quicker though.

Most definetly. I have troubles with this for many years. I would go to sleep at 11pm and then be awake (sometimes) until 3am. Just rolling in the bed unable to fall asleep. It's not uncommon for me at all.

I usually don't. I admit that there will be some nights that I toss and turn, but for the most part, when I get into bed in a tired state I'm dead.

Additionally, it's very important to engage in activities that will shutdown our mind. If it keeps wandering, it will be hard to fall asleep.

I usually don't have a hard time falling asleep, I have a hard time staying asleep though. I don't know how many times I wake up in the middle of the night.
Do you have a specific reason or know what it could be?

Could be the heat, noise, light, etc.

Adjusting the settings around you could be beneficial until you find a point where you can get some good sleep.

Or, go on a 30 minute-60 minute run before bed and you'll probably sleep through the night just fine.

You might need to start talking some supplements which would help you sleep at night. Magnesium is a very good one to start with.
Melatonin is also good for sleep.
I have nothing against supplements, but there are cases where one can end up becoming addicted to those type of supplements in the long run.
I would attribute this more to placebo than addiction.

Now, benzos would be a different thing. Good for the short term, but you will get physically addicted in long term.
