My wife and I rarely go out to eat. My wife cooks all of our meals from scratch. And we are whole food plant-based. So just about everything we eat has to be made from scratch. How about you? Do you like to go out to eat? Or do you cook most of your meals?

I enjoy homemade foods more than the ones cooked outside. I always cook my meals at home. The only time that I can go outside to eat is when I am too tired to cook or if I have an exhausting day at work.

Personally, I cook most of my meal because it's more healthy to eat home made food than restaurant food. It's only when I can't cook that I'll be forced to eat out. My favorite fast food is McDonald's and Pizza Hut.

I prefer to cook most of my food.
I don't go out and eat so if I do get a takeaway, I go pick it up and bring it home.

I much prefer to cook all of my food rather than have a takeaway all the time. I tend to have a takeaway once a week if that as a treat and a break away from cooking.

It is very rare that I eat out and usually end up getting a takeaway from our local takeaway place which we pick up.

I prefer to cook and eat at home; however, I do like to go out to eat sometimes. I don’t eat out as frequently as I used to.

I would go out to eat all the time if I could afford it, sadly I can't so I spend time at home cooking.

You are saying that if you have the money, you can be spending it outside? Cooking at home is a very beautiful thing and it won't cost you more than you spend outside.

I have a friend who behaves exactly the same way you do when it comes to getting food from restaurant. He will never eat the food at the restaurant but always take it home.

I like to cook not at home. I enjoy preparing my own meals to taste exactly how I want it. I only eat out when I can't access my kitchen and that's when I'm out.

If I am at home, I am sure of eating three square meals because I have my sisters and mum with me. If I'm at work, I can buy little junks to avoid spending much money.

Left for me, I will prefer cooking most of the meals that I eat, but I've discovered that it is not always that easy for me to do so because I've got other activities to attend to. Also, it is cheaper, sometimes, to eat out instead of having to make meals at home for someone like me.

I cook most of meal because my daughter needs to eat right. I can't bring her up eating restaurant meal always. It's not the best way to train your kid. I have to teach her how to cook.

Cooking has never been easy for anybody, you just create time to do so. While some people said that cooking at home is more cheaper than eating outside. Why do you say that eating outside is more cheaper?

I don't really like going out to eat. I am a very homely person and I try to eat at home 97% of the time. I have a fiancee that cooks for us so that I have a constant flow of homemade foods everyday.

Eating outside is more expensive than cooking at home, but sometimes you're able to find good deals at a local restaurant or a fast food joint.

You're a lucky guy. Men who get on with ladies who doesn't know how to cook look stupid to me because I can't imagine living on restaurant food for the rest of my life.

Yeah, I think there are many local restaurants that gives us the best over here. Their foods are nice, delicious and also cheaper to get.

I mostly cook at home. It is cheaper and more delicious in most cases. However, I do go out sometimes when I am so worn out that I cannot lift a finger, not to talk of cooking. I have a little spot close to me where I buy delicious pasta.

Cooking at home is cheaper, we all know that but some people don't have the strength to do that, they focused to find a good place or spot where they can eat good food no matter how expensive it is.

We got out to eat on weekends and try to cook at home through the week.

When we do go out, it's mostly at local diners and restaurants. We like to support local every chance we get. The chain places are pretty bland, too.

We do like to go to Cracker Barrel and Chik-Fil-A here and there, though, as far as chains go.

Yeah same here, I mostly cook too but weekends are my lazy days. There’s this small restaurant close to my house that makes the best jollof rice. I go there to eat sometimes.

Many will think that local diners or restaurants don't cook good food. But they are also trying their best which I've never hear complaints about them. I have them around us here and I usually go there whenever I'm tired to cook too. They cook cheaper and delicious food at the same time.

If you are a single person, then cooking at home might end up being expensive unless you are sure that you can put the food in the freezer. For that reason, it is more sensible for those who are married and have kids to cook more at home instead of the single ones.

As a single person, if you can manage to get a freezer for putting your foods, it will not cost you much to eat. But if you don't have freezer, eating outside is cheaper and more efficient.

I love going out to Chik-Fil-A as well. There's one down the street from my house. I also like going to Charly's Subs.

Dave's hot chicken is another spot that my family and I eat at.
