Do you like working on the day or the night shifts?

I don't like working night shift because I can't forfit my sleep for any amount of money payment. It's only day shift I can work because that's when my brain can function in it's full capacity. Sleep won't let me work at night.

I prefer day shift to night shift. I have tried working at night though it was so easy because I have a nap in the afternoon preparing for the big night shift but I know I won't try it again. My sleep is very important at night.

I achieve more during the day than at night. It's why I don't ever consider swapping working day for night. It's going unhinge me in a bad way.

Human beings are meant to sleep at night. God who made night wasn't stupid when he did because he knew man is supposed to sleep at night.
