If yes, what virtual pet sites do you own? How many members do your sites have?
Do you focus on one more than the other?
Do you focus on one more than the other?
We are both in the same boat with this one. Honestly, I don't have any plans when it comes to setting up a pet site at least for now because I know that I don't have the time to manage it properly.I don't even own one virtual pet site. lol
Even with the skills being something I can manage to acquire, I wouldn't have the time to invest in running the site like my one project. It requires a lot of work to run a pet site.I currently do not own a pet website. Nonetheless, the idea of building one thrills me, and if given the opportunity, I would grab it without hesitation. However, I am not sure if I have the necessary skills in pet-related subjects, and I would like to evaluate my skills before committing to such a project.
I don't own a virtual pet, either, mostly because I don't have the money to be able to afford to build one and the money to keep it going every month.I don't even own one virtual pet site. lol
The problem isn't starting a pet site but having it managed over a long period of time that's where the challenge is. It's why we have some pet site getting shutdown after a period of time.I don't own a virtual pet, either, mostly because I don't have the money to be able to afford to build one and the money to keep it going every month.

I can see this being a challenge, especially how much time I put into running my cat website. The problem isn't starting a pet site but having it managed over a long period of time that's where the challenge is. It's why we have some pet site getting shutdown after a period of time.
If it's something to do on a short run, it's not going to be any problem but when it's in for the long haul, it's not always easy.I can see this being a challenge, especially how much time I put into running my cat website.

There are so many variables for you to construct and consider before you decide to start running a pet sites, otherwise you are going to find yourself in a tight corner that you would eventually have to give up on the project. It is never easy running one, especially when you are someone who doesn't have a lot of time on their hands as well.
I'll check it out. What's the URL?I can see this being a challenge, especially how much time I put into running my cat website.
I would also love to have a look at the site. I think that I've asked for the URL before @Soulwatcher. Let's have it and have a good look.I'll check it out. What's the URL?
There are some owners who have multiple games under their belt, but I believe they have a team helping them run each game.Managing multiple sites can be so challenging, so I still think it's better to run just one site.
What about my site? 😀I would also love to have a look at the site. I think that I've asked for the URL before @Soulwatcher. Let's have it and have a good look.
There are some owners who have multiple games under their belt, but I believe they have a team helping them run each game.
For example, Lioden LTD owns Wolvden, so they have two games under their umbrella.
You also have Chaiim Studio, which owns Animal Acres, Eliyo, and the upcoming Oripets. However, I’m not entirely sure how many employees they have working for them.
Then, there’s Mythic Multimedia, which is the company behind Furry Paws, the former owner of Mweor, and the current owner of Herd of Hounds.
It’s possible to run multiple games if it’s your full-time job, like it is for some of these companies. However, I agree. It’s challenging and quite time consuming!
