Do You Prefer Sunrise or Sunset, and Why?

I definitely prefer the sunrise. There's absolutely something very magical about watching the world wake up, and the sky turning pink and orange. It seems to me like a new beginning that is full of possibilities.

Do you prefer sunrise or sunset and why?
 
For me, it's sunset all the way because I love how the sky transforms into different colors, and the world also slows down to appreciate the beauty. At sunset, It's really a time for reflection.
 
As a hobbyist photographer, I enjoy the sunsets better. You have to get the framing and composition, and of course, the location just right. Then, it's just a matter of time for the vibrant color shifts in the sky to capture the perfect moment.

However, I do sunrises at the beach as well, typically for portraits though. I'll also see the sunrise on the 1st of every year.
 
Both are good but for me, I prefer sunset because of the different colours I see and also the transformation of the cloud. I always get to sit out and look up, mesmerising on the beauty of what God created.

That's a great point, Sunsets do bring people together truly. But for me, sunrises feel more personal and there's something special about starting the day with a breathtaking view.
 
I never really get the chance to see the sunrise. I prefer sunsets since I'm fully awake to appreciate them. I'd either have to get up super early on my days off to see the sunrise, or I miss it since I can't see it at work.
 
I prefer sunsets. I have always been a sunset girl.
I don't usually see the sunrise as I am usually still sleeping or haven't yet opened my curtains.
 
I love sunset more because it's more peaceful than sunrise. The day wakes up by sunrise as everyone and everything gets busy. It becomes chaos as the day breaks.

I sleep mostly late at night and end up waking up late too. We are in the same boat as I've not had the opportunity to see the sunrise.
 
As a citizen of the night, I prefer the sunset, as I'm off work and its my time to have fun.
 
I love the night time for both sleep and work. I am able to sleep deeper at night when everywhere is quiet. I am also able to work better at night if I want to because the environment is always calm at that time. I am definitely a sunset person.

It's funny, it's now the opposite for me lol. I got a new job since I made that post, now I can see the sunrise and the sunset. I go into work at the same time I did at my previous job, but I'm nearby a window and get to see it from the corner of my eye. Still both are cool to watch!
 
I like the sunset as an early bird. I wake up very early daily and watching the sunset gives me a better feeling and happiness most times than whatever that has to do with the sunrise.

A new experience that it seems you are enjoying all because of your work. That is very good since it is okay for you. I would want to know if it is night work?
 
I like sunrise, it represents hope. I also like to wake up before the sun rise.

I love sunset because the weather is always chill and breezy. How the clouds began to move, it always amazing.
 
Sunrise is too hot for me, it comes with a lot of pressure but sunset is so cool, calm and collected. It's not hot like sunrise which is too uncomfortable for me to sleep.
 
I love the coolness and stillness of sunrise. I love how crisp the air hits and how the atmosphere feels very clean.
 
It depends on the time of year. I’m usually a night owl, but during the summer I enjoy going out during the day more.
 
I prefer both. I love the sunrise, and the sunset.
