Do you still go the beach?

Well, if we are outta winter, do you still have plans to visit the beach? Is that something you've done recently with loved ones or just going there alone? How was the experience?
 
Nah, not a fan of sand and water, so I just stay home with my games and anime 🙂
 
I love going to the beach 🏖 but unfortunately it have been a long time since I last went. If I remembered correctly, it should be 2022-23 I went to the beach last.

Let me guess, you probably don't know how to swim too right?

Personally, I love being in the water so much - any kind of water by the way.
 
It's been a long honestly. The last time I went to lekki beach, I spent like $10 just sitting down. The crowd was too much and everywhere was noisy. The beach is still nice though.

Going to the fun can be fun and also a way that you get to rest for a while. From your comment, it looks like you didn't enjoy your last outing to the beach.
 
I love the beach, but I haven't been to the beach since I got married back in 2014.(now divorced) I went to the beach for my honeymoon and I haven't been back since.


Truthfully speaking, I do need to take a trip to the beach again. ^.^
 
Last time I went to the beach was for my 'senior trip' in 2007. My mom and stepdad (at the time) scraped up enough for me, them, and my best friend to stay a weekend in Gulf Shores. I will always be grateful for that trip, because we have never been able to afford much.

I'd love to go again at some point, but I think it will be a while. My last big "trip" was going to a major convention in 2023. If I'm to save up for another big trip, I'd hope it'll be for either a really good convention or my honeymoon, lol!
 
Honestly I've never been interested in going to the beach. For one thing I hate the heat, so I don't like to be out in it for too long. Another thing is it's usually very crowded and I don't like crowds. Finally I'm afraid that I'll step on a jellyfish or have to deal with other creatures that could possibly cause harm to me lol.

as someone who also doesnt like like heat or crowds, i actually do love going to the beach. You just have to go shortly after sunrise and shortly before sunset, basically nobodys there, its not hot because the sun is too low to bake you and the ocean breeze feels nice.
Of course, then you have to make sure you have somewhere nice to spend the rest of the day. Rental house, hotel, whatever. Beach towns usually have good ice cream shops too 👍
I dont mind bumming about in a hotel room so this is all fine but I guess it could be problematic if you feel the need to be doing stuff all the time.

We have private beaches here too for persons who doesn't like too much crowd to enjoy. I've been to so many of them and it's so much relaxing.
 
I live in a landlocked country.

This is why I don't go to the beach during daytime when it's all sunny. I go at night and I can sit anywhere in the sand where I don't have to pay anyone.
 
Not really, but I would if I lived closer to a nice beach.

It have been a while my feet have felt the beach sand. I think it's time for me to make plans for it, maybe during Easter holidays.

The Galveston Beach is about an hour or two away from me out here as well. Sometimes it may longer depending on traffic. The water there is nasty though. I wouldn't recommend swimming in it compared to other beaches in other states like Florida. Their beaches are beautiful.
