Do you support capital punishment?

Capital punishment entails the act of punishing someone severely for a crime committed or even sentencing one to death. Do you support that kind of punishment for offenders?

I don't have the heart to agree on sentencing someone to death. The only punishment I will agreed on is to punish the person severely for the crime he or she committed, I am against putting someone to death.

The Bible says it is right, but I have my debates in my mind. It seems to be cruel punishment and note it wasn't always just for murder (in the US). I suppose the logic behind the punishment is that society would have to feed the person for the rest of their life and there's a possibility that he/she would escape and offend again.

It depends on what the crime is. If it's something like abusing an under age sexually, I will support capital punishment by all means.

I believe a life for a life if you can prove it through DNA. So my answer is yes I support capital punishment.

Seriously, some human beings are a big disappointed to our race with what they have turned themselves into.

I strongly oppose capital punishment. Every action that ends in death remains a complete violation of morality to me because it could lead to mistakenly executing innocent persons.

An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. I am never in support of killing but you see these ones listed here, I am in agreement that they need to experience the pains they caused other through death sentence.
