I don't know why I always put my computer on sleeping mode, maybe because I prefer to use them anytime I want to and I don't want to go through the stress of rebooting. Sometimes, I wonder if it’s really good or bad to do that, but honestly I also don’t have the al the patience to shut down and restart each and every time I need to use it. And that's because I use it often.

I can't really remember the last time that I totally shut down my system b. Anytime I am standing up from my computer system, I always have a little bit of work that I would either have to continue or complete by the time I am back on the system. That's why my computer system is always on sleep mode whenever I am not using it.

I turn it off, no reason to let it keep running unless I'm downloading something.
That's exactly how I handle mine. If I have nothing that I am doing at that moment, the best thing to do is to always turn it off.

I always turn my computer off when I'm done using it. I don't think there was ever a time I kept my computer on all night.

I always shut down my computer when not in use. I keep it in sleep mode only when I am supposed to be back in 10-20 minutes.

The same way I set my smartphone to auto switch off is how I've set my HP laptop to auto shut down at a specific time. So, even if I don't shutdown manually when I'm done, once it's time, the laptop automatically shutdown.

I shut down when I wrap up my work and go to sleep. During the day, I put it to sleep when I am not working.
