Do you write for fun? Or for business

Often times, I have always wondered why people write?

I write because I love to write. But when I'm being paid for it, it's just an added advantage

What propels you to write?
Is it just for fun? Or because you want to earn from it.

I like to write for fun and it’s something that I enjoy doing. It’s one of the main outlets that I use to allow my ideas to flow freely.

I write for fun, I really enjoy writing, and it would feel forced if I got paid for it. And I wouldn't be able to write because it wouldn't be any fun.

I used to write for fun mostly but over the last 10 years or so I have also been writing professionally and have been able to start working from home to earn a living to help support me and my family.

I still have a ways to go in terms of getting myself out there but the progress I have made so far has been amazing to see.

That's an amazing accomplishment that you are able to make enough money to support you and your family. How long ago did you realize that you could start making money?

Pretty much and to get emotions off of my chest, it's great for a single persons' lifestyle.

I love writing and it has been fun since I started writing. When you are having fun doing what you enjoy doing, you won't bother about any other benefits attached to it. So, writing comes naturally for me.

I used to write for fun. But I had to find a way to monetize it because it made no sense to have a skill that doesn't generate income for you. I am writing for pay now. Every skill that I have should pay me. And writing is one skill that I have developed to pay me too.

I am writing for fun too. Writing has been helpful when it comes to grammar both the new ones and where I needed to add them. I'm also free to take it as a business if the opportunity knocks.

I like writing both as a hobby and as a self-development technique. But In case I get a paid writing, it’s a bonus for me.

There's no way I can reject a paying job in writing. If you see a paid writing, it's a major way to develop yourself and also a good way to enjoy your hobby.
