Do you often find yourself eating eggs?
It's a big part of the Japanese diet.
Are they a regular part of your breakfast, or do you enjoy them in other meals during the day?
Regularly during breakfast and over easy.
What’s your favorite way to prepare eggs, and when do they typically make an appearance in your meals?
Or rolled into a "cake" and cut, or over easy during dinner.

I don't eat eggs too often but when I do, I tend to have them either scrambled, poached or fried in light oil on toast.

I have to fancy eggs to have them though.

I hate eggs, I think they're only good for baking. Doesn't matter how else they're made, their smell throws me off and I just can't stand them.

I like boiled eggs. That is what I like to enjoy instead of frying and I eat not less than 6 eggs on a weekly basis.

I try to make sure that I eat one egg everyday. It is about the cheapest protein source that we have in my country. Whenever I am eating rice based dishes, I will use eggs as my alternative to meat.

That is great to hear. I also enjoy eating scrambled eggs, and omelettes. I do not more than 8 eggs a week.

I also love to eat eggs in my rice, and eggs in my noodles.

One is fair if you don't exercise, but if you are someone who always hits the gym or trains hard at home, then taking two or three per day is better. It is a great source of protein that a lot of people should always try to consider.

Egg prices are going up and it is no longer cheapest protein source. I eat around 5 eggs every week. When I eat eggs, I just don't eat one, I boil or fry a couple of eggs.

Eggs still remain the survival food for many of us. Whenever we are low on budget money, we could just fry the egg and eat with bread and be satisfied.

Eggs are becoming increasingly expensive at my side, but I would still say that they are one of the cheapest options for protein anyway. I get a crate of eggs weekly and it always finishes in 2 weeks' time.

I can't remember the food item which the price haven't gone up like twice in a long time. Survival isn't cheap these days.
