There are a couple of games that always have bugs and there is nothing that one can do about it than either to manage the game or quit. Have you been in a situation where you had to quit a particular game as a result of glitches making the gaming experience unbearable for you?

Hrmmm, I've stopped a few and waited for patches. I don't have time for broken games.

It's really frustrating and it gets more frustrated if you decided to continue playing. The best is to wait or quit the game till it's back to normalcy.

Errors are annoying and very much may spoil your game. If a game is not properly running then it would be unwise to continue or until a patch is made for the game. Proceeding with the game becomes frustrating.

I have in the past quit games due to a glitch, especially if the glitch is game breaking and I can not progress past a certain point.

I can recall having quit games because of glitches as well. This can be especially annoying if the bug prevents you from continuing. Sometimes I spend a lot of time playing a game, and I get stuck only because of a glitch.

Yes! A glitch or lagg I will quit a game specially on COD. 😀

I had to quit the Call of Duty 3 campaign because it kept freezing on me at a specific spot. I never did finish the campaign because of that.

Glitches are not going to stop me from playing a game unless they are game breaking. Once patches are available, I'll update and start playing my game.

I did quit playing Pokemon Blue version for a short period of time because I corrupted my save after performing a glitch. It was my own fault though, since I had to go out of the way to get this glitch to happen. xD

Playing a game that freezes is never a great experience. You can't even know when it is going to happen and that is a big part of why I should quit assuming I am in your shoes.

I quit Dino Tamers because it had glitches, and it wasn't being updated with more dinos, and maps. It's still a very good game.

When a gamer developer doesn't give any more updates and trying to improve their game, it usually discourage me from playing it. It's one of the reasons I quit games too.

I have stopped playing a game because of glitches before. I do not have the time or patience for issues like that, so I switch to another game right away.

Same here, there have been times that I quit a game merely because of the countless silly glitches that I’ve encountered. This is why having a glitch within a game is annoying it is a big letdown

Exactly the same thing with me. It's why I don't start playing any game immediately it's launched. I'll wait for it to be vetted by so many gamers as being good before I get it.

Exactly. Glitches need to be corrected in order for games to give the ultimate experience. I wait for reviews before I go on and play any game. So waiting for a completely smooth experience is worth it.

I lack the patience to wait fir an issues like this too. I will just stop the game and focus on other games or better still forget about the game totally.

Yeah, I totally get that. When glitches get too frequent it kills the mood completely. I’ve had games freeze at mid-battle, and I just quit. I’d rather move to something smoother than waste time dealing with bugs.

That's it. Either I move to another smoother games or leave the game entirely than waste my time.

There are games I've not played because of glitch. It's really frustrated that you can't go forward, just stuck in it until the game is back.

One game that I experienced glitches and bugs so much was Fallout. The game crashed at random. And saves were corrupted here and there. The core RPG experience was just lost with the glitches. I had to quit the game.

Battlefield 2042 and Cyberpunk both launched with serious bugs and technical issues which made them unplayable. I couldn't continue playing them as a result of that. They later fixed the bugs.
