Get along with co-workers?

I am amicable person, so I get along with other people easily

Most of my life, I have worked remotely and I don't get to engage with people face to face. However, I have also worked as a manager on a store for almost a year and as a supervisor for a couple of weeks. When I was a manager in a store, I was the boss, but I had little trouble with other people when I was as supervisor.

Yes, I get along with all of my coworkers except for someone who doesn't want to get along with me. I'll never try to force things with them because I don't like being disrespected.

I didn't have much that I discussed with my colleagues when I used to work. I was better off trying to accomplish the tasks given to me than worrying myself about how to relate better with the workers.

That is beautiful, but I am of the opinion that setting boundaries, especially at your place of work, is important. That is the only way that you can stay free of some controversies. This is because oversharing at the workplace can turn ugly if your colleagues decide to speak ill of you to the boss.

Yes of course, getting along with someone doesn't mean you have to let them walk all over all the time. No, that's completely different.
