Fast decisions, teamwork, and difficult challenges are common in games. Do you think those experiences have helped you stay calmer under pressure in everyday situations?

I think it has. Competitive games have taught me to stay calmer when things don't go my way and to focus on the next decision instead of dwelling on mistakes. That mindset has been surprisingly useful in everyday situations.

I haven't noticed any changes on my ability to handle pressure because of gaming, even if gaming has helped to handle pressure, it could be so negligible that I have barely noticed.
