Setting a stopping time before I start playing helps a lot. It's easy to lose track of time when you're having fun, but knowing when to log off keeps gaming enjoyable without ruining sleep. Avoiding intense games right before bed also helps me relax.
It has when I was younger, but it no longer does. I don't sacrifice my sleep. The only games that kept me playing during my youth was Call of Duty, Neopets, Hobowars, and Gunbound. However, I no longer stay up late to play games, but I do stay up late for other things.Whether it's late-night gaming or "just one more level," games can easily push bedtime back. Have you found a way to enjoy gaming without sacrificing good sleep?
