I’m a software developer, and I’ve always loved virtual pets. What I enjoy most is that cozy, low-stress feeling of a small everyday companion keeping you company, without being too demanding or gamey.
I recently started my ultimate passion project as a solo hobby developer, called Walk-buddy.app. It’s a community for animal lovers, featuring my own little pixel-art virtual pet inside. Since I’m doing this entirely on my own in my spare time, I don't follow a stressful update schedule—I'm just expanding it step-by-step at a comfortable pace whenever I can.
