Hosting for a petsite?

I am looking for the best hosting service that could cater for my project. I am trying to roll phase one out for my kids to be able to play with and test for me (as well as some more mature testers, lol - but I mainly started my 2012 project back up for my oldest son who is overwhelmed with neopets and all of the things to do... the mismatch layout and how confusing it is for him to maneuver around the site)... I don't see Kinopiron getting a huge surge of registered members/activity despite the responses on reddit and discord communities.

I have been looking at hostinger and ionos.

Ionos kind of fits into my budget but the fact it has a substitution for cpanel kind of scares me away.

I went with ionos for now. Figured if I needed to upgrade it, I can in the future. I am not expecting a lot of traffic.. so for the time being it should be fine.
