High or rigid expectations can create pressure and contribute to stress or disappointment. Adjusting expectations may support better balance and wellbeing. How do you set realistic expectations for yourself? What helps you stay flexible when things do not go as planned?
 
Never have any kind of expectations on anyone in your life or disappointment is going to be your portion. Only expect anything and everything from yourself not another person if you want to be truly happy.
 
The challenge with personal expectations is that we don't always give room for failures and that is a faulty way to set personal expectations. That's why failure with expectations don't really affect my mental health so much.
