Many games are designed to encourage one more round before logging off. What strategies help you stop playing when you planned to playmany sessions? Or do you usually lose track of time without realizing it?

I used to lose track of time pretty easily, especially with games that always tempted me with "just one more match." When I started setting a timer and stopping at a natural break, like finishing a quest or round, it helped to limit my game time.

I was suffering from one more match syndrome in my early days of gaming, sometimes I end up playing for 6-7 hours or until 4-5 in the morning. However, these days I have self control and I can easily stop gaming when ever I want. I am not tempted by one more match syndrome.
