Everyone hits rough patches, but people handle them differently. Do you keep playing until you win, switch games, or call it a day? Which approach has worked best for you?
After a long losing streak, I usually stop playing for a while instead of chasing a win. Taking a break helps me clear my head and avoid making emotional decisions. When I return, I try to focus on playing well rather than immediately trying to recover every loss.
When I am on a losing streak, I switch to a different game. I don't come back the game where I was in a losing streak for a long time, sometimes even for months.
