For creatives that have to work for clients, datelines to deliver a gig is part of our creative endeavors. What really helps you to meet up with delivery datelines with your clients?

If you are one that keep to time, there's no way that you can't meet up with the datelines. Procrastination is the killer of time and if one start to delay client's work, it will be hard to meet up. So it's good to manage time to avoid delivery datelines.

I don't usually put off my work until the deadline, I start working as soon as I get contract. I usually deliver before the deadline.

I try to, but sometimes I just have slow days and I tend to fall behind a bit.

I work as soon as I get the assignment. Therefore I never have to rush when deadlines are near.

I don't procrastinate on any job I've been paid which I'm working on. Procrastination is a big time killer. If you let it in, you're going to struggle with deadlines for jobs.

It’s important to set realistic deadlines you can actually meet and not overwhelm yourself by taking on too much work when freelancing.
