Most of the time, we would want to have a business relationship where the clients understand and respect the boundaries. However, there are a couple of customers that wouldn't stop till they piss you off. How do you end up handling such a client?

I would be respectful and talk to them in a manner that would calm them down. I am pretty good at defusing bad situations.

I usually worked retail and just called a manager over. If online, I just block them, I won't deal with it.

It is not too often you run into someone who can be rude, but it is always possible for this to happen.

I have not been in such a situation regarding graphics but I have been in a similar situation before and I find that talking to someone and reasoning with them is the best approach rather than getting angry with them and making the problem worse.

There are some clients that after talking to them in calm and respectful manner, they still insist in pissing you off, it's more like pushing you to the wall. Are you saying that you will still be calm and respectful in that situation than telling them off with anger?

I'd have to work in retail, some of the entitled customers I've seen down the years have been absolutely horrible to staff members. I once nearly got into a fight sticking up for a staff member haha

It's very important to learn anger management. There are clients that have sworn to frustrate you no matter how perfect you are willing to make the situation be. I used to tell them my mind but it's in a cool way, some understand while some will walk away fuming with anger.

In such a situation, I try to maintain professionalism and stay composed but if the person gets overly rude, then I might have to involve a supervisor or a moderator on that platform.

I handle rude clients by staying calm and professional. I listen carefully to their concerns, separate the issue from their tone, and respond respectfully.

I can tolerate rude clients as long as they bring me sales but if there are no sales, I will just dismiss them
