Being stressed out can be a big issue for a lot of people. It's a situation where you are not giving your all at all because of not being totally focused. Have you ever been in that situation before? How did you handle it?

I deal with stress two ways, 1# I listen to music and that helps me calm down and if that doesn't work I take a nap or go to sleep for the rest of the night.

Listening to music is a good way to handle stress. I can agree that it has worked for me in the past whenever I felt overwhelmed with work activities.

By playing video games and watching anime, really helps my mind forget about reality.

It depends on my mood, there are many things I do in order to handle my stress like playing video games, watching movies while relaxing and listening to music.

Working out is good for stress. However, I'm just now getting back into it. Anyway, when I was into that stuff, I liked jogging and dumbbells.

Note: This year I have gotten a lot of exercise with walking.

When you work out, you are building a lot of energy and that is very good for handling stress. No one is going to tell me otherwise when it comes to stress management.

That's what I am doing is walking, and the pounds are just falling off. Right now I am walking, 4500+ steps a day and my goal is to hit 10k steps a day every day.
My daily average steps goal is set at 6000. I make sure not to go below 6k steps everyday. Yesterday, I managed 9875 steps.

I am the first to admit I don't handle stress too well and that can often make my health issues worse. I suffer from fibromyalgia and any kind of stress tends to make the pain and migraines I get worse.

I am getting better at managing my stress but it is taking some time.

The way my stress levels hikes depends on what's triggering it. If it's something very serious, it's going to be very difficult for me to control and manage it.

WOW! That's awesome, I hope to be at 10k steps a day in the next 12 weeks. I know I can do it for sure!
Yes, it's possible for you to do it. Once you get used to it, you won't even know when you max it and exceed it.

I can't wait, I am so ready for this weight to be gone and fit back into normal clothes.

P.S. I increased my walks yesterday and ended up with 5,869 steps yesterday. 😀

Wow, that's great. You're a few steps shy of 6,000. You can do it in your next session tomorrow.

My own way of handling stress is by resting and watching movies. Watching movies is the best so far that have helped me in easing my stress and also help in stretching my bones too.

Singing and listening to music helps calm me down almost instantly. I think that science even backs it up that music can help soothe? I know it helps with animals too. When my daughter's guinea pig was dying, I helped calm her down by singing to her. It was sad.

Watching movies certainly helps me to relax too whenever I'm home resting. It takes care of my stressed out body from work most of the time. I might even sleep off when watching.

I'm a beer lover! Whenever I'm stressed, I get a bottle of beer and drink while watching movies or TV or even listening to music. This is my best way to deal with stress.

Listening to music, playing a game, or watching a good movie or show all help me deal with stress.

A good sleep while handling stress has always been the best, After waking up from the sleep, you will feel relaxed and your bones stretched.

Your blood pressure seem to rise up whenever you're stressed up. A decent good rest will reset things back to normal.

I usually stress eat, I don't know if it happens to anyone. Whenever I'm stressed out, I tend to eat a lot in that moment especially if I have the food at home already.

This sounds like a problem. You better find a way to handle it, otherwise if it becomes a serious habit, you will get fat ASAP.

It is not something that happens frequently because I try as much as possible to manage my stress and also been angry because those are the two things that makes me to eat that way.

I stress eat too. I’m not sure why I do it, I just do it. I don’t eat meals though, I just eat small snacks throughout the day. Also, I drink lots of water so I don’t snack too much.

Maintaining your blood pressure is a must. Having the best coping methods to deal with your stress is key also. Rest always helps me reset my stress if it’s really bad.

It's one of my stress coping mechanism which seems to work at least for now. I don't snack a lot because there isn't much snacks I eat apart from pies and I don't always have it at home but with water, I drink more than enough every day.

I find it difficult to handle stress.
If I do ever find myself stressed, I tend to listen to music, play games or sit and watch a few video's on YouTube.

I usually take deep breaths until the stress alleviates itself.
