Have you noticed yourself making more mistakes when you're tired, stressed, or distracted? How does your energy level affects your game performance? Do you play games when you have low energy? Does gaming improve your energy levels?

If I come home beat and tired, I'll still try to play a game but most of the time I'll simply pass out.

I don't play games when I have low energy. gaming takes effort and when I have low energy I am unable to put an effort into gaming. When I am tired, I normally watch TV shows or movies

That makes sense. Gaming usually takes focus and mental energy, when you are tired, it can feel more draining than relaxing. TV show or movie can be better because it easier to unwind without having to actively think or make decisions.

When I'm tired or stressed, I make more careless mistakes and react more slowly. If my energy is really low, I usually avoid competitive games. Casual gaming sometimes can help me unwind, but it doesn't really restore my energy if I'm already exhausted.
