How much do you charge for logos?

Logos are used for different purposes. When you build websites or do other jobs for clients, do you charge for the cost of designing the logos separately?

I would say how complex they need the image to be, the prices should vary.

The price varies and charging for website and logo are done separately. I can charge for a simple logo with just a little money but you see these complex logo, this is where I charge more.

Charging more when doing complex logos is a good approach. I can personally do simple logos for my friends and long-term customers without charging a fee, but when it comes to making complex logos, it is important to charge more money.

I will charge money even if you are my sister or family member but I won't charge the person overly. The reason why I was collecting that small charge from them is to tell them that nothing is free and if I am not changed or not available, they can be able to pay the fee if another person did it for them

Pricing logo design can definitely vary depending on the scope, complexity, and usage. I also looked at how much other designers are charging for theres. That would be a yardstick to knowing what to charge for mine.
