How much RAM is ideal for a gaming laptop?

Gaming on PCs always demand high end hardware for them to run well. That's because gaming takes a lot of PC resources. And the RAM is a vital gaming resource.

How much RAM is ideal for a PC specifically meant for gaming? I mean games that have high level graphics and gameplay mechanics.

For gaming, at least 64 GB I would say. Though you can get by with 32.

I have 16 GB RAM and my laptop performs well, I can play games without any lagging. If you are doing high end gaming or multi tasking, 32 GB will be the basic requirement. By the way, even 8 GB RAM can handle simple games

I'd say 32-64gb of ram depending on what type of games you'd like to play. 32gb makes things a lot easier to run, and process, but if you want a computer that can power your gaming for a long time, 64gb would be sufficent.

A good gaming PC needs a better ram to enjoy games so well. At least, 32 or 64gb will be much better than the lesser ram.
