Yeah, that's it. As long as it's possible to play music when I'm at any moment, I'll play. It's why I have my airpods with me all the time.

That's great, music can be very essential especially Focus music. I also like to discover new artists through playlists. It adds to the groove.

Not necessarily rude, depending on who you're talking to. If they're over-ear headphones, and you take them off your ears to go around your neck while music is still clearly going, I wouldn't find it rude if you were still engaged in the conversation,
