I tend to eat through the day as and when I am hungry with a main meal each evening. Usually, during the day I will have small meals or just snacks.
 
I love cooking and I cook ever day. This morning I cooked beans and rice, I had a fulfilling lunch. Generally speaking, I cook every day.
 
On my days off, I'll make something for breakfast and then I won't eat my next meal until I make dinner later after my husband comes home. I might make me a snack in between but it's usually some apple slices that I dip in peanut butter.

You know yourself better than anyone. If you're eating more or less, it's easy to know by you.

That's true ^^
Compared to others, I do eat a little less... But I am kinda used to it. I might have acquired that from my mom 😂

The only thing which I'm going to chip in for you is to always try your best to eat healthy. Whether you're eating small or big, eating healthy is the key.

I agree with you. It's never easy. Vegetarians will tell you so much about hard it is to eat healthy. It takes a lot of effort and determination.

I do eat only fruits for my lunch most of the time but it's kinda hard....
 
It's very hard. I can't do it. My stomach will keep grumbling all day if I should try only fruits either for breakfast or lunch or dinner.
I think I am kinda used to it.
Like I said ....I eat a lot less... But people wouldn't be able to guess that just by looking at me.....

My mom made me get into this habit of eating fruits. I usually have one carrot and one apple along with yogurt for lunch ^^

I loooooooooove mangoes. Especially the very sweet ones. On that matter, I do like fruits which are..... Too sweet in general ^^. So, mangoes, bananas, grapes, custard apple...

I love mangos too but I hate the specie with too much fibre. They get stuck in my teeth too much and it makes me uncomfortable removing it.

Soursop is another fruit I love so much.

However the sweet taste is totally worth it! So I don't really mind the discomfort -.-"

Lmao. I've tried it a few times. It takes your body a week or two to fully adjust to a new diet. It's really hard to do it though.

Drinking a couple cups of water can help with grumbling as it'll make you feel full.
 
I always find something new to prepare especially when I want to impress someone. If I'm short of ideas, I use online recipes.
 
I have a very strong fear for toothaches. I wouldn't want to poke my teeth for any reason whatsoever. If not for dental floss, I wouldn't know what to do.
Well, not all the mangoes are too sweet. Or you can always brush your teeth after having them ^^
