I thought of updating my graphics card and I do want to ask if it is worth it or if I should not bother myself at all. If you have upgrade, the cool features you get are:
- Better performance
- Higher frame rates
- Ray tracing, and
- Future-proofing

But you have to know that it consume a lot of power.

You always have to upgrade it, best thing to do is wait for the latest one and save up for it so it will last you a long while.

It is if you want to run your games smoothly. I have a laptop with a low graphics card, and it's a pain with how slow it can be. 8gb ram too.

The more upgraded they are, the better you're going to enjoy playing your games. If they are outdated, it's going to ruin your experience.

You need to look at the CPU bottleneck before upgrading. Upgrading your graphic card might not make a big difference if your CPU is outdated.

You are right! CPU bottleneck is very crucial. Another important factor is the type of games you play. If you're into esports or competitive games, a mid-range GPU upgrade might suffice.

I upgraded my graphics card and it really boosted the performance of games on my PC. I went from an Intel graphics card to an AMD and some games that weren't playing at all started playing.

A high end graphic card will help tremendously particularly when you are playing games that demand high specs. Playing with improved graphics will also make your gameplay smoother.
