I've heard some people say that it's going to be very difficult for them to be engaged in anything called work which they don't have passion for. This is because they are never going to be happy and fulfilled doing such a job.

Honestly, I can't understand it because passion doesn't pay my bill but money. As long as a job pays me well, I will definitely do it with all pleasure, screw passion!!

Passion! Sure you Need money, but in my opinion if you're not fueled by passion and doing something you love (whether its your job or just a hobby) then you're just surviving. You gotta find time to enjoy things and find things you enjoy in life too. Life is busy and there might not be much time to enjoy the little things or to find free time if thats the case, I totally get that, everyone's situation is different.

For me it is the money. If there is money involved, I am very much motivated to do it. For example, I manage communities for clients, I get paid so I spend a lot of time on clients sites, I also run communities and my communities aren't making much, so I am not much motivated to spend a long time. If there is money, I can easily build passion.

Passion jobs are great to have, but they are few and far between. I hope to get one someday so I can wake up happy for once to go to work.
Sadly, this is the reality many of us are living. It's hard finding those passion jobs and as a result many of us settle for whatever we can find to put food on the table.

Surviving is the first thing, then finding time to engage in other things I have passion for which makes me happy is the only solution forward.

Passion combined with money making potential. Passion or money solely does not drive my motivation

Maybe I am one of the lucky persons that strictly based my pursuits on passion, and it has turned out to pay me so well that I earn my entire livelihood from that passion. It is passion that drives my work more. But I have also made good money from that my passion.
