Looking for a programmer for sim pet site creation

Not sure if anyone is active here but just in case...

We are looking for a complete solution to building a functional online in-browser 2d pet sim site from scratch...front-end, back-end, server hosting, database, forum building and everything in between!

Writing code that other programmers can understand and pitch in with is a must.
Definite potential for longterm employment depending on skills, etc.

I'm not that far advanced in my skills yet.

There are a lot of functions that I'm still trying to forget (depreciated in PHP) and to learn over what I would traditionally use that takes up more processing time.

ChatGPT has been very helpful in suggesting other methods for using the same code I write. I've been able to take the execution time of a function that I wrote from 0.2-0.6 seconds to 0.02-0.04 seconds. So, I have a lot of improvement to do in my code to keep it efficient and to be able to fit more users on a less capable server, until it's time to upgrade, of course.
