TiMi Studio Group and Capcom have revealed Monster Hunter Outlanders, an open-world survival game in the Monster Hunter universe designed for iOS and Android. This free-to-play title will include in-app purchases upon release. Although a specific launch date has not been shared, multiple playtests are planned ahead of its release.



“Now mobile players can fully experience what makes Monster Hunter one of the most cherished franchises in gaming,” said TiMi Studio Group producer Dong Huang in a press release. “Monster Hunter Outlanders brings fans an authentic hunting experience within a vast open world, complete with the community and social features players value today.”

Expansive Open World and Crafting
Explore a variety of interconnected environments—such as forests, swamps, and deserts—allowing for immersive hunting anytime, anywhere on mobile. The game includes environmental mechanics, creatures to aid in your hunts, and extensive crafting options for custom gear and tools, all to enhance your exploration and survival in the vast open world.

Got a few people in my family very excited for this, I'm not big in this series, but I hope its better than the last title for fans.
 
It's pretty cool that Monster Hunter is coming to mobile. I enjoyed Monster Hunter world, but it got very repetitive. Customizing the gear with monsters you beat you was cool, gathering the right materials.
