Neopets Returns to San Diego Comic-Con 2024

Neopets is making a return to the San Diego Comic-Con with exclusive collectibles, panels, and more. Find them at Booth #3839 all weekend(July 24-28th) where you can take a photo with their mascot, Big Aisha. They’ll also have a Wheel of Excitement, giving you a chance to win prizes from Faerieland’s favorite attraction.

Beyond their booth, you can visit What’s Your Passion Jewelry for Neopets pins and lanyards, along with NeoHoods with each purchase coming with exclusive in-game codes. Additionally, there will be San Diego Comic-Con exclusive Phat Mojo Aisha and Shoryu plushes, limited to 500 each, available at the UCC Distribution booth.

Don’t miss the Upper Deck booth for more surprises, with details yet to be revealed. Outside the exhibit floor, join a special panel on Thursday, July 25, from 12pm-1pm in Room 28DE, titled “Neopia Reimagined!” Neopets CEO Dominic Law and Upper Deck President Jason Masherah will discuss bringing virtual characters to life.

Fans can expect:

• Exclusive Phat Mojo SDCC plush: Collect the limited edition Aisha and Shoyru plushes from Phat Mojo, along with an exclusive in-game code. This very limited run of 500 Aisha plush can only be found at the Neopets booth. The 500 Shoyru plush can be found at the UCC Distributing booth. Purchases at either of these booths will give you access to exclusive codes, which will never be available again.
• Marvelous Merch: Be sure to check out all of the other exciting merch at booth #3839. What’s Your Passion pins, lanyards, NeoHoods and some epic surprises will all be available. Every Neohood and WYP Pin Set will come with an exclusive in-game code. These codes are redeemable in the Grundo Warehouse on Neopets.com.
• Social Media Giveaways:Attendees are encouraged to share photos from the event on social media and tag Neopets’ official account handle with the hashtag #NeopetsSDCC2024, This will enter you for a chance to win a Neopets prize pack. Winners will be selected each day of the convention.
• Meet Big Aisha: Neopets’ mascot, Big Aisha will be present every day throughout the show for photo opportunities. Stay tuned to our socials for more information on exactly when and where you can meet Big Aisha.

So, I do not live in San Diego, BUT I went to the Origins Convention in Columbus and they had authorized Neopets retailers selling pins, blankets and other stoofs with rare items codes. I legit thought Neopets was dead as a doornail. It stopped me in my tracks. They told me that Neopets has a brand new plot, which it does! I've been playing it a little bit. I'm not sure I can ever get fully on board with Neopets again, but hey it's still around.

Nothing can kill neopets lol. But good to see it make a return to a large con, hope it does well.

I don’t think I can either. After losing my account back in the day, I don’t see myself playing like I did before. I’m glad to see it still pushing along. There’s more Neopets merchandise coming out soon as well.

There was a point in time when it wasn’t being updated with new content under the ownership of Jumpstart/Netdragon, but ever since World of Neopia took over, it’s been receiving much-needed updates.
