A higher minimum wage has crushed fast food in California, for instance. But then again, state leaders can't lower the cost of living, which is the highest in the US.
That's because it leads to higher prices all around. Once the minimum wage is increased, consumers pay the price. Especially with food and everything else.
 
If things aren't so bad already, I would say they shouldn't raise the minimum wage but it's like the only reasonable thing to do now because it's practically impossible to reverse things back to being normal again.
 
The minimum wage should be tripled. The cost of general goods and services in the market has risen way more than the level that minimum wage has been increasing and people are struggling to earn a living income.
 
I am in favor of an increase in the minimum wage. A lot of workers are unable to live well because of the low wages. When the wage rises, they can buy more food, have funds for good housing, and health care. Workers have every right to get compensated well with their time and effort.
