The parents should play a very crucial role in making sure that they monitor their children's gaming habits. They should set boundaries and limits and also monitor screen time and content as well. What are the roles of patients in monitoring their children's gaming habits?

It's very essential for the parents to use parental controls and monitoring tools to control the gaming habits of their children. They can even set up gaming-free times as well.

For better or worse, my parents really didn't keep a close eye since it kept us busy and out of trouble, despite all the fighting and gun games, me and my brothers mostly turned out well lol.

Parents need to monitor and control the gaming habits of their children. Some parents are too busy to know the things which their kids do especially in games because some kids gets into trouble while playing games.

I have resolved that when I have kids and it has to do with gaming, I would always play every game that my kids love with them. With that, I would better monitor the games that they play and see signals of addictions before it sets in. It would always be a shared experience for us.

You must not always have time to do so. It's good to be a participant in all their activities but sometimes, they need to be given that time to play their games but you keep a watch over them.

The only way a parent will keep an eye on monitoring the kids' gaming habits will be when they start misbehaving. Apart from that, gaming keep kids busy and not violent.

That's awesome. I said so because there are kids that got worse as a result of playing games a lot when they were kids.

I am a family person true and true. And when I have kids, we would have fun playing video games together. I would start it and make it so much fun such that those little ones won't enjoy gaming sessions if I am not around. Playing games regularly with them would be another way of bonding with them.

Yeah, it's another way to bond with them. I was saying that they need the time to play on their own, try and think clearly to win each levels. The presence of a father is not only in taking responsibilities of fees or providing, playing is another way of bonding with them.

Parents play a key role in guiding children’s gaming habits by setting clear limits, choosing age-appropriate games, and encouraging balance with school, sleep, and offline activities.

Children play games at home (they don't play at school), They can play only when their parents by them gaming devices. Therefore, it is their responsibilities to monitor their kids' gaming habits

I see parents playing a key role in guiding, not just controlling children’s gaming habits. It’s important to set clear boundaries on screen time, choose age-appropriate games, and keep devices in shared spaces when possible.
