Single Greatest video game villain of all time?

When it comes to such a question of who is the greatest video game villain of all time, what would your answer be? I think it should go to Bowser. I mean, it has been over 30 years, and they still can't figure out how to stop him from taking Peach. Vas from Far Cry 3 is another one that I can think about. What's yours?

I will choose GlaDOS because of her complexity, intelligence and a perfect blend of charm and wit. She knows how to get her ways in everything, her presence create a sense of tension which makes her a great villain.
